REPORT OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GORHAM TOWN COUNCIL
February 3, 2006
Chairman Phinney opened the meeting at 8:00 am.
Roll Call: Present: Chairman Phinney; Councilors Dugas, Justice, Willett, Loveitt, Robinson & Hamblen, and Town Manager, David Cole
Item # 7223 Moved by Councilor Justice, seconded by Councilor Robinson, and ORDERED that the Town Council of the Town of Gorham, Maine, in Town Council assembled go into executive session pursuant to Title 1, M.R.S.A., Section 405(6)(E) to discuss a personnel matter. 7 yeas.
Item #7224 Moved by Councilor Justice, seconded by Councilor Robinson, and ORDERED that the Town Council of the Town of Gorham, Maine, in Town Council assembled come out of executive session. 7 yeas.
The Municipal Center Building Committee provided a brief update on the project.
Moved by Councilor Robinson, seconded by Councilor Justice, and VOTED to adjourn the meeting at 9:10 am. 7 yeas.
